Reviews of Alabama Plumbing Services

Trent did an amazing job. He explained everything enough that I understood what was going on. It was an emergency I was panicking but Trent was so calm.

The service I received was nothing short of amazing! When a well none company canceled on me at the last minute, I was frantic because of the urgency of my plumbing issue. I chose this company strictly off Google reviews and I’m so thankful that I did. I called at almost midnight and within the hour 3 techs arrived to assess the situation and resolve the issue. They were professional yet so personable and educated me on all necessary steps to resolve the issue. They even followed up after the job was done to make sure there were no additional issues. Not to mention, the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company for any and all plumbing issues because they truly went above and beyond.

My hot water tank went out and I called and spoke with Shawn. 24 hrs I had a brand new tank. They were so nice, professional and quick. Gave me such a piece of mind. I would definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again!

I was impressed with the service I received from Alabama Plumbing Services. They were able to send someone out the same day I called. Shawn was on-time, knowledgeable, friendly, and able to fix my problem quickly. He even took the time to look at another concern I had and gave me a quote. I can’t recommend this company enough!

Every person I have dealt with has been so professional and helpful! Will never use another plumber. They get the job done in a timely manner and don't try to sell you things you don't need. Highly recommend

This was the third company to come out and look at my clogged drain and the only one to probably diagnose the problem.

Cross and his partner did an amazing job. Punctual, communicated everything, kind, courteous and even clean up after repairs and was just friendly and patient. That meant a lot.

I needed them replace the floor from the structure up. They put my tub, a new toilet and a new sink in. Added tiles to the wall around the bathtub. Looked great when they finished and they finished ahead of schedule.

Very professional, on time, and did an excellent job of installing my sink, drain, and faucet. Will use again.

My service representative's name was Cross. Very young looking but very professional. Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend him helping you out in your needs. The work done was precise. Helped me out quite a bit.

Alabama services did an amazing job on my house, very much recommend!!

Good service, nice technicians, did work in a timely manner.

They do very good work but can be a little pricey. If you are on a budget

Dallas came in to fix the original issue after finding out what was causing the water pressure problem. Was quick and on time. Then he had to come out a 2nd time cause an unrelated issue (slow drainage) occurred and was able to come back that afternoon and take care of that. Shawn also answered the phone during the weekend, which most plumbing companies will not and make you wait until their normal hours before setting up an appt.

Man I don't even know what to say about these guys. Called them up and they were here immediately and identified an issue that no other company could. I was shocked when they said they could fix it the same day. It was a rather big job replacing pretty much all pipes under my house. Excellent customer service with honesty and integrity. Call them for anything and they'll get you squared away.

These people are great and wonderful!!! This is not an AI generated review. Honest to God customer. After a failed attempt of DIYing my front outside faucet and breaking the copper pipe from it being so old, I gave these people a call. Even spoke to a human being ,Shaun, at 9 o' clock P.M. He sent one of his guys out in the morning and managed to get things back to normal. If I have any other plumbing issues I plan of calling these guys again!!!! Thank yall so much for the rescue!!!!!!

Trent did a great job on my grease trap system
